This is my main article on time management and control:
1. We have heard several time to know the important from the urgent.
2. quality is better than quanitity
What we have never heard is:
1. Demands are unreasonable both in time, quantity and quality.
2. people (usually bosses) are the ones who makes demands.
Given the situation a new and longer hours of work are given to the "producers"
New because there is a need to move data from static reports, charts and graphs to new dynamic forms. - of course without any budget or tools.
I say longer - because we soon find ourselves either staying 12 to 14 hours in the office, or just bringing the work at home.
