Fit IT, Documentation and Humans in CENSUS 2010

2010 Census data planning working for CARICOM states reveal the need to separate the concerns of data and human resource skills to greatly achieve the desired outcomes for the upcoming round of population and housing Census.
Further, a need for training of statisticians, statistical officers and other relevant personnel involved in the collection, processing and dissemination of data is greatly need. The chosen model for training has not been discuss, however, many attest to the idea of in-house training of staff, by tapping the skills that already exist within offices and departments of the local government.
The intended objective seeks to ensure that many are trained firstly, to realize the need for keeping data centralized, documenting their processed for collection or processing data and documenting their experiences. This method of documentation will lead to live and working documentations - where the versions of various documents are to grow and mature the entire process.
