Specific Outcomes:
1. Refine the Household Dictionary to version 5.0
The datafields are now adjusted for export of data from Teleform to ASCII for CS Pro.
2. Create sub routine to manage the merging of data into 1 table for Migration data - from the HH Tables and Migration listing tables.
3. Define the Modify the Person (population) record data dictionary for individuals to version 5.1 (persons)
To Do:
1. Develop the Views in SQL to match the dictionary for person (population records) - 24 to 36 hours of constant work is needed.
2. Re define the migration dictionary to match the data in SQL Servers about 12 to 14 hours of work is needed
3. Develop the Views in SQL to match the migration dictionary. About 12 to 24 hours of work
4. Test export for person from SQL to ASCII - about 24 hours of testing needed
5. Test the export of the migration record from SQL to ASCII - about 12 hours of work need for testing
6. Test the Loop using SQL Cursor, Household followed by person records into 1 ASCII file ( about 24 to 48 hours
7. Induce the migration records into the main export file. About 24 hours.
8. Develop CS Pro application to view the final export of data for all the records (HH, PP, Migration) about 12 hours.
9. Run the export of all Census data when available - about 12 to 24 hours. Estimate export time is about 5 hours using a standard computer.
Total time needed in Months : 1 month, 3 weeks.
