Light of the world

Notes about the Teaching of Jesus:
1. When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." John 8:12
2. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.1 John 1:7
Jesus teaches us that he is the light
We are clear that he left or pour out his spirit upon all flesh after he was glorified by the Father.
Furthermore our bible teaches us that the sprit dwells in us - that is not just in the atmosphere but lives inside of us. Yes, just like the air we are inside for us to live.
The spirit lives in us. We need this spirit to keep alive and on the right track. If we have God’s spirit there cannot exist another spirit in our lives. If we have God’s protection then there is no evil that can harm us, for God’s Love is perfect and perfect love caste out all fear.
Remember “Those who are with us are more than those who are with them." (2 Kings 6: 16)
Light is said to dispels darkness; we read even from the creation of the world that God said" let there be light" and there was light.
Light is clearly from God. Jesus is the Light of the World.
Are you walking in the spirit of by the guidance of the Holy Spirit?
If you are then light will be given to you. God’s protection is with you. You study the words of God and will find that his followers has trials – yes, they had many who tried all sorts of thing to him disciples. Even when viper bit Paul’s hands God truth was at work.  We don’t see Paul making remarks about this or that, but we see him using the light of God for his protection.
I often believe that God has clearly shown man what is good and what the lord requires, to act according to the same spirit that he has given us/pour out upon us.
Often I hear Christian believer complain that someone is casting spells or seeking evil over then and how they have gain the victory in prayers. I listen as they talk about experiences of the things that happen in their homes, evidence of the work of blight or darkness, experiences of having nightmares.
What bothers me the most is that there is little biblical evidence of such happening with believers. We would read where Jesus would of cast out demons from persons will may have been possess for a long time.
Then we need to ask ourselves some questions:
1.       If these spirits gets into our homes, who invited them.
2.       How could they even dwell in our homes or lives, if the spirit of God is invited and leaves in our homes or life.
3.       Why talk about these things, when the bible is clear as to us studying the truth, because it is the truth that can make us free.

Done get me wrong, we know that evil has gone out into the WORLD, but then again we are not part of the WORLD, are we?
But more so because it is written, 'God will put his angels in charge of you to watch over you carefully.” Luke 4:10.

So tell me now. Which part of God putting his angels in over us is not clear?
I see the joy in this, I see us glorying in these scriptures for God is the one who Commended his love towards us, in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.
Yes he dies and this proves that his angels is also still watching over us.
Therefore, this spirit will lead us in truth,
But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.
James 1:5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.
Jesus teaches that we are to : look to him, seek him, knock the door for him, and make him our delight.
Jesus tells us in John 8:32 that if we seek the Truth, "And you will know truth, and the truth will set you free"
Here God is telling us to keep our eyes on the light, on truth.
There are indeed warnings about evil doers in the scriptures, asking us to be aware of evil doers. However, you may find more and more scriptural text warning the evil doer about his final event of evil and evildoing, lies, darkness and deception.
Scriptures don’t teach that we are to study darkness and the works of darkness. To talk about darkness and counterfeit is never the teaching of Jesus. Scripture teaches that we who are pure to praise and give thank for Jesus the giver of all things true of full of light.
Yes folks, God want us to study Light and truth.
For he is light and in him is no darkness as all.
You see, the saying that a man soon becomes what he eats is as true as a man becomes what's he study’s or practices.

If you take your time to talk about evil doors or negative thing, then soon you realize this takes a toll on your life.
However, talk about light, the blessings of our merciful savior, friend and Lord and as he promises, where Light is, darkness hides flee.
How wonderful is the promises of our saviors and Lord. He gives us the world of choice to live with hearts that are set free and made free because of his light, the words of truth, spoken by his very lips for our healing.
Dear folk, Jesus is light and in him there is no darkness at all.
Let us follow the light - for by studying the light, at the appearance of "that which is not light" we shall be make wise to know, for through him and in him- is all wisdom.
