CARIBBEAN TOURISM ORGANIZATION (CTO) SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS

– The Caribbean Tourism
Organization (CTO) is now accepting applications for scholarships from suitably
qualified Caribbean nationals wishing to study Tourism or Hospitality at the
Master’s Level, and language training for persons already working in the
Tourism Sector.
Additionally, the CTO is offering grants
of up to US $2,500 to individuals pursuing Tourism/hospitality studies at the
Certificate, Diploma, and Associate Degree or First Degree levels.
Eligibility for scholarships or grants
require applicants to have attained their first degree for the Master’s Degree,
be working in the area of Tourism/Hospitality and must be a High School
Graduate.
Completed Applications must be submitted
along with certified copies of academic certificates an transcript, two
references, a written essay stating why the foundation support is important and
how the candidate hopes to benefit from the area being pursued and a
demonstration of leadership capabilities through involvement on carious
activities/groups.
