OAS Master in Human Development Scholarship
The Organization of American States (OAS) and the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO), Argentina, under the Partnerships Program for Education and Training of the OAS is now offering scholarships to suitably qualified persons to pursue Masters degree in human Development.
The OAS-FLACSO partial scholarship will cover 80% of the total cost of tuition. The student will have to cover the remaining 20% and other expenses.
NB: The deadline to apply for admission to the Master in Human Development is July 20, 2013.

Scholarship Application Process
Scholarship applicants must complete the online scholarship before the August 2, 2013 and submit a duplicate to the Human Resource Development Division, Ministry of Education & Human Resource Development.
Applicants must complete and submit the OAS Scholarship Application along with the required documents in PDF format at the email address provided below. Once you have completed the online application process, you will receive an email confirming your registration and containing your form attached in a PDF file. Please forward this email confirmation and FLACSO PDF form to mail: desarrollohumano@flacso.org.ar
Completed application must include the following:
• Copy of identity document (citizenship document, passport or national identity card)
• Letter of admission to the study program you are applying or proof that you have already started the admission process at FLACSO (it could prove to request confirmation number, ID number of the application, or the email confirmation sent by the university confirming that your application was received successfully)
• Curriculum Vitae (No more than 4 pages)
• Diploma or certificate of completion of study (s) degree (s) held (s) to certify compliance with all academic requirements, including approval of final papers, if applicable.
• Copy of the last university degree qualifications (graduate/undergraduate, master's, or doctorate) obtained.
• A letter of recommendation from a teacher or most recent employer, including the letterhead of the University, the office of teacher, date and signature.
• Paper institution demonstrating language proficiency level of study, if applicable
