Over the past 4 months the sun did take a toll on the land. Bush fires did not provide any help to the drying trees. However, 22 and 23 April 2013 did bear witness to the Lords work in sending his rain in due season.
The soil is wet, the birds chirp, the insects are all out having their fill of fresh water. Oh What a day to delight in the Lord, for his goodness on this Country of Grenada.
We all can say thank be to God once again for the waters of the rain.

I often heard the story of a monkey who said to himself the night of rain. Tomorrow I will build myself a house. However, the sun came out and dried up the water, the monkey went from tree to tree. No more his plan for a house did exist in his mind."
Just a few day ago, many had been crafting plans for better in house water storage on the main land of Grenada.
One the sister Island Carriacou, there exist individual in house water storage, some home have storage that can hold capacity of water for 5 year of drought.
In Grenada the story is different, we have piped borne water, that is operated by the local Water company. It has been argued that the service may not have much stars if rated in the dry season.
Hopefully, more and more home holder plans water storage mitigation for the next dry period. Notice while the rains have fallen We are not totally out of the dry season as yet.
