How has the wait been for you?
Many cry "Lord when shall your return"
Some mock " Since the days of my fore parents it was claimed that He would come".
Yet we often sit and take out 3 scores and 10 year of life if it is eternity. We can only wait as long as we have life. For the Living know that they shall die, but the dead knows no anything ...so says the Bible.
I server a Living God, once who has been waiting to welcome me home, to his home, from the day man sinned. How Great is his patience toward me. According to the years of man about 6000 years of waiting. This is the God I server.
God will rejoice over me with gladness. He will quiet me by his love. He will exult over me with Loud singing. Reading such words makes me wonder why I worry and care about things of this life. These burdens that I carry, these cares and woes, when the God of heaven will Sing Loudly and Rejoice over me.
Let us read the promises in his word and thanks him that our wait to be home, is only a short while.
