The question to answer in the small state regarding ICT -
Should ICT develop a new sector or should ICT develop the existing advantageous sectors - Tourism, Agriculture and Construction?
Of course the use of the ICT in these related field will need two levels of skills - the true ICT business and the ICT user.
Which should be our focus in the small state or What amount of focus should we put on these towards the two levels I refer to these as:
If you were given $10.00 to invest where would you put you money?
We need to analysis and figure out where the investment is needed for the OECS states. Our people depends on us.

- The ICT integration process ( everybody and everything else to function in the new economy)
