By 2020 all citizens are proficient in the use of suitable ICTs to meet their needs: at home, at school, at work and at play.
At home -I can use the Internet, a computer/phone/tablet to send email to my clients or family.
At work - I am being productive and efficient because I am using live data in real time to manage my operations.
At play - I can learn how to dribble the football using some of the world best football coaching techniques - via online tutors (YOUTUBE.COM)
At school - I now don't need to rush to a school for 8:00AM, My teachers are all over the world, I learn at my own pace, choose what I like to do and master it. My classroom is anytime and everywhere!
Can we achieve 5% of this by 2020?
