Speaking Careless words

I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak,....Matt 12:36

What are careless words?
God has fore warn this generation to be careful of the words that we speak, the thing that proceed from the lips are from the heart.

I used to think that careless word are the words that we speak when we sit and make joke about a topic, most time this topic may have been a friend of family member.

However, I have come to the decision that we are to be careful of careless words - words that are not founded on the evidence of the bible.

Take the example of the Sabbath - it is well establish that the bible speaks of the lords Sabbath day as the day of rest.

However, often you may hear person debating that we are living under a new convenient a new dispensation and so we don't have to observe or keep the Lord's Sabbath.

Now I see such an many other statement as Idle and careless words. For word that cant be supported by the spirit or scriptural reference are careless. We know quite well that we are not walking in this world on our own,but by the strength of God.

God has asked over and over to study/search the scriptures, to read the word one line at a time.
