I am always shocked to hear a friend or acquaintance say " I don't believe in God". Please note I respect every one's belief, and my response to such statement goes something as follows:
"Great, that is how beautiful my God is, He even allows you not to believe in Him if you so desire or choose."
Folks there is little or no need to explain the existence of God. In fact there are many gods, even the Holy bible teaches this. However, there is one God, the great Creator of all man kind, the Holy King of Kings who if He decided to cease his existence - everything dies..... because everything, everyone depends directly on Him ( Matthew 10:29), (Psalm 62:7), (Your very heart).
We can live a life of happiness only if we choose to understand a very small principle in life. The principle of purpose, we who choose to learn our purpose, choose to learn it from the life giving God and our lives become happy. Note this is not 70 or 80 years on earth only, but life eternal.
According to the Jewish Library , God has made us from a single created being, Adam, however we are all unique to should forth the beauty of God in our own lives, contrast this to coins coming from the same mold!
At this point consider your belief and evaluate your choice. Because one day, " believing in or not believing in" the existence of God you will bow your knees and confess that Jesus is Lord (Philippians 2:10).
