Not all complaints are equal.

There is an increasing level of complaint from my colleges. This week there are two that are very concerning. The first is largely based on the choice of colors - using the painting of the artist decided to solidified their branding agreements by allowing more of their colors to be shown on the canvas. This has caused several of the client members to wonder what next! Well we all know what next. Let us be not upset when the painters decided to paint their own picture. After all they are the one who established the process and they are the ones who are eventually in the path of the stone cut without hands, that will crush the statue of the image.
The second is unlike the first, however, it is directly on the relationship management issue that are will affect the external service providers. In such small environments, it is better for clients to be silent ( especially) when they never stated their requirement to service provider. Than to take a stand against the service delivery output of a provider  which does not meet you "not-stated" requirements and every changing expectation.
In all this the truth is becoming the clear gem amist this "spinning globe". In many cases the people who lives on a spinning globe behaves as the spinning globe, in that, today they demand white from the painters, then tomorrow they move to picking black. It is like the effect of the motion of their globe cannot be placed into a clear statement of requirement. Neither can they formulate their thoughts or procedures into steps that creates value. However, they are the first to complain that they are not receiving the value from the external providers, as this provider should have known and understood their very "lack of requirements" and this ensure that even in the absence of requirement, processes and structure. Expectation are high to get it right.

I have come to the day when my health is at stake. Now the days of age I am entering is rough on my path. An old man will say to me, " Boy you are young" Not realizing that he is well trained and experienced in being old. Me, I am just learning to become an old man This too is a change that I have to first learn to cope and accept, then one day I will be a comfortable old man.
